Dyadic Eyemask - Downloadable PDF Sewing Pattern

This is a downloadable PDF Sewing Pattern.  GARMENT SPECIFICS The Dyadic Eye Mask is the best ever sleep mask! I cannot travel without at least two in my bag. For even more luxury, this pattern includes the amazing Heat Therapy Mask, which features an interior pocket that holds a removable Heat Therapy Eye Pack. The double strap keeps the masks in place all night, and the pattern also includes a Heat Therapy Pack which can be used anywhere on the body. The Heat Therapy Eye Pack and Heat Therapy Packs can be heated or placed in the freezer, whichever therapy you need! I keep a few of each in my freezer, and some in my bedside drawer to spritz with lavender oil for super calming meditation.   These projects can be entirely constructed with a sewing machine. Techniques required include topstitching and working with elastic.  SUGGESTED FABRICS  Eye Mask Front Any stretch or non stretch fabric  Eye Mask Lining Any cozy stretch or non stretch fabric Eye Mask Interlining Any non stretch fabric Heat Therapy Packs Non stretch 100% Cotton or Linen  FABRIC YARDAGE Eye Mask Front 1 Fat Quarter Eye Mask Lining 1 Fat Quarter Eye Mask Interlining 1 Fat Quarter Heat Therapy Packs 1 Fat Quarter NOTIONS Both Masks 1.5 yd Elastic and/or Bias Tape  Both Masks 2 Rings + 2 Sliders width matching strap materials (above)  Heat Therapy Pack 3 inches cotton bias tape Heat Therapy Packs Dried Grain Filling SIZES This pattern is one size.  Pattern download link will be emailed to you after checkout. It will arrive in a ZIP file format.
