6Ft Stripped-End Flex Conduit Dimming Cord Whip | 15 Amp | 5 Wire | LinmoreLED DW

Streamline both your primary power distribution and low-voltage control lines with the Dimming Cord Whip, 6ft, 5 Wire, 15A, No Plug. Engineered by Linmore LED (Product Code: DW), this commercial-grade, multi-conductor wiring whip combines line-voltage power delivery and 0-10V analog dimming infrastructure into a single flexible conduit. Pre-cut to an optimal 6-foot length, it offers ideal structural spacing for installers to hang, align, and service high bay fixtures, linear panels, or outdoor area lights without placing stress on the ceiling junction boxes or connection points. The DW series houses a robust 5-wire internal copper layout. This configuration includes three dedicated line-voltage conductors (hot, neutral, and ground) rated to handle a maximum continuous current of 15 Amps, alongside two isolated 0-10V low-voltage dimming wires (typically purple and pink/gray). Wrapped in a resilient, flexible outer jacket that guards against punctures, abrasions, and common job site fatigue, this whip is built with a clean no-plug design. The pigtail ends are pre-stripped and bare, giving electrical contractors the freedom to splice directly into master structural branch lines, architectural control boxes, or wireless networked routing relays using standard wire nuts. Efficient Dual-Purpose Architecture: By consolidating line-voltage power runs and low-voltage dimming paths into a single factory-fabricated conduit, the DW cord whip significantly lowers job site labor times and materials costs. It completely removes the need to manually measure, cut, fish, and tie separate dimming lines alongside fixture power lines on a ladder. This makes it an invaluable time-saving component for commercial retrofits and smart building infrastructure upgrades, pairing perfectly with Linmore LED’s 0-10V dim-to-off lighting systems. Key Features: Unified Power & 0-10V Dimming Lines: Houses all 5 required conductors inside a single flexible jacket, eliminating dual-cable runs. Pre-Cut 6-Foot Flexible Footprint: Gives technicians plenty of slack to execute neat wire layouts on suspended grids or high ceilings. 15A Heavy-Duty Electrical Core: Built with high-grade stranded copper to safely support line-voltage currents up to 15 Amps. Pigtail Open No-Plug Configuration: Features pre-stripped bare wire ends designed for direct splice connection into structural junction boxes. Smart Grid Compatibility: Designed to interface seamlessly with advanced 0-10V analog controllers and automated dimming relays.
