Dust Shroud Kit

Dust Shroud Kit for Radial Arm Saws Keep your workshop cleaner, safer, and more efficient with a Dust Shroud Kit from Original Saw Company. Designed for woodcutting Radial Arm Saws, these kits reduce dust and particulate matter, creating a healthier workspace and improving cutting precision. Key Features Effective Dust Control: The Dust Shroud captures dust at the source, helping reduce airborne particles during cutting operations. This is especially important for tasks that generate significant dust, such as straight or bevel cuts. Versatile Compatibility: Dust Shrouds are compatible with all woodcutting Radial Arm Saws. On a Radial Arm Saw, the shroud mounts at the rear of the frame, behind the blade. Easy Integration: Equipped with a 4″ dust port connection, the Dust Shroud attaches easily to most dust collection systems. A laser-cut grid covers the port, preventing large debris from entering the dust collector while maintaining effective suction. Complete Kit: Each kit includes the Dust Shroud, four T-bolts, and a 12″ aluminum extrusion, providing everything you need for quick and easy installation. Benefits of Using a Dust Shroud Kit Health Protection: By capturing fine dust particles, the Dust Shroud reduces the risk of respiratory issues caused by prolonged exposure to sawdust and wood chips. Cleaner Workspace: Minimize sawdust accumulation on tools, surfaces, and equipment, leading to less cleanup time and a more organized workshop. Enhanced Visibility: Prevent dust from obscuring your view of the cutting line, ensuring greater accuracy and safety during woodworking tasks. Better Finish Quality: When applying paint, stain, or varnish finishes, keep dust off your workpiece for smoother surfaces and superior results. Regulatory Compliance: Meet workplace safety and dust control regulations by integrating a Dust Shroud Kit with a compatible dust collection system. Ordering and Installation Order your Dust Shroud Kit when you purchase your Radial Arm Saw or add it later to existing equipment. Installation is straightforward and designed to integrate seamlessly with Original Saw Company saws. Why Invest in a Dust Shroud Kit? Dust Shroud Kits are essential for woodworkers who value cleanliness, health, and precision.
