Dural HS Gel 22oz Tubes

DURAL HS GEL is a two-component, structural epoxy system that excels in anchoring and doweling applications across a wide temperature range from 40 to 110 °F (4 to 43 °C). Designed for robustness, it adheres strongly in uncracked concrete, proven by tests conforming to ASTM E488 and ASTM E1512. This gel is engineered to handle static, dynamic, seismic, and wind loads, making it highly reliable for critical construction needs. Key Features and Benefits: – Moisture Insensitivity: Performs well in damp environments, ensuring effective installation and curing even under challenging conditions. – Withstands Freeze-Thaw: Remains effective through extreme temperature changes, providing durability in various climates. – Low Odor: Enhances the working environment by minimizing unpleasant smells during application. – High Modulus: Offers excellent rigidity once cured, contributing to the structural integrity of installations. – DOT Non-Regulated: Classifies as non-corrosive, simplifying transportation and handling. Primary Applications: – Dural HS Gel is ideal for anchoring threaded rods, bolts, and rebar dowels into uncracked concrete. – Suitable for both short and long-term tensile anchoring. – Used for grouting dowel bars and tie bars. – Serves as a pick-proof sealant in secure facilities such as jails, prisons, and kennels. – Acts as a bonding agent for fresh to hardened concrete, as well as hardened to hardened concrete. Installation Tips: For optimal performance, ensure the concrete surface is clean, dry, and free of contaminants. DURAL HS GEL should be applied using a high-quality, professional-grade gun, and the area must be well-prepared to adhere to safety and effectiveness standards. Proper installation is crucial, especially in settings that require high reliability and durability. DURAL HS GEL is an excellent choice for projects that demand a strong, durable epoxy with versatility in application and resistance to environmental factors.
