Duplex Grinder Pump Control Panels

Duplex Grinder Pump Control Panel Sump Alarm’s Duplex Grinder Pump Control Panel provides dependable alternating control for two grinder pumps in wastewater and sewage applications. Designed for residential, commercial, and light municipal systems, this duplex grinder pump control panel delivers built in redundancy, high water alarm protection, and optional remote monitoring. A duplex grinder pump control panel is designed to manage two grinder pumps in alternating operation while providing high water alarm protection. These wastewater pump control panels are commonly used in pressure sewer systems and municipal wastewater applications where redundancy and reliability are critical. Each panel is engineered to match your pump’s electrical specifications to ensure proper operation and long term reliability. Please have your voltage, phase, and full load amperage available when ordering. If you need assistance, our team is available at 314-787-8059. Alternating Control for Duplex Grinder Pump Systems A duplex grinder pump control panel automatically alternates between Pump 1 and Pump 2 on each cycle to balance runtime and extend pump life. If one grinder pump fails, the second pump automatically engages to help prevent overflow conditions. This redundancy is critical in pressure sewer systems, municipal wastewater facilities, and commercial sewage installations. Common applications include: • Residential grinder pump basins • Pressure sewer systems • Commercial sewage systems • Septic and wastewater pumping stations • Municipal wastewater applications This panel can function as a grinder pump alarm panel, duplex sewage pump control panel, or wastewater pump control panel depending on configuration. Includes Three SludgeBoss Float Switches Every panel includes three industrial grade SludgeBoss float switches designed for demanding wastewater environments. One float controls Pump 1 One float controls Pump 2 The third float serves as the high-water alarm These wastewater rated float switches are built to resist sediment buildup, corrosion, and buoyancy loss commonly found in grinder pump basins and sewage systems. Pump Control Panel with Remote Monitoring Traditional grinder pump control panels rely on on site inspection or expensive SCADA systems. Our pump control panel with monitoring provides real time visibility without the complexity and cost of full SCADA integration. WiFi Monitoring — 19.99 per year Connects to your existing network Sends real time alerts to your phone or email One of the most affordable monitoring plans available WiFi + Cellular Monitoring — 70.99 per year Operates anywhere with cellular coverage Ideal for remote or unattended lift stations Continues sending alerts even if local internet service fails These plans provide around the clock awareness of pump activity, alarms, and system status so you can prevent failures and reduce site visits. Built for Demanding Wastewater Environments Built in the United States BABA compliant options available Weather resistant outdoor rated enclosures Fast lead times Designed for wastewater, sewage, and lift station applications Because each duplex grinder pump control panel is engineered around your pump’s specifications, it delivers dependable performance in demanding municipal and commercial environments. Choosing the Right Grinder Pump Control Panel Selecting the correct grinder pump control panel depends on pump configuration, voltage, phase, and monitoring requirements.
