DUCK S#!% Don’t let the name fool you. This unique dan cong will make a lasting impression on you. As the legend goes, the unfortunate name comes from a tea farmer wanting to protect his most prized tea leaves with this unique intoxicating aroma by telling people the area in which his tea is grown is covered in duck s#!% to deter other producers. Another legend says that tea farms gave the name to a prized tea to deter would be pillagers and thrives.  Origin: Phoenix Mt., Chaozhou, China - Lin Family Tasting notes:  Unique Florals, Smooth, Nutty Gong Fu Brew: First Infusion: 5 grams / 100 mL / 95° C  / 3 secs (Flash Brew)                          Second infusion: 95° C  / 8 secs                          Then add 5 seconds for each subsequent infusion.
