Cost Savings: Say goodbye to costly pet store purchases — breed your own feeder roaches at a fraction of the price. Consistent Food Supply: Ensure a steady, reliable source of live feeder insects for reptiles, amphibians, and arachnids. Sustainable: Breeding Dubia roaches reduces waste and promotes sustainability in pet care. Premium Dubia Roach Feed – Expertly Balanced for Maximum Nutrition Promoting the health and hydration of your Dubia roaches is key to a thriving colony, ensuring excellent nutrition for the animals that consume them. Avoid high-protein foods like dog or cat food and meat, as excess protein can convert to uric acid, potentially harming reptiles. How To Use: Keep the feed bowl full, clean it regularly, and remove excess food weekly to prevent mold, which can be lethal to roach colonies. By following these guidelines, you'll maintain a healthy Dubia roach colony and provide nutritious food for your animals. Included in Your Kit: Two 8oz Bags of Organic Feeder Chow Water Gel Granules – Safe Hydration Without the Risk of Drowning Maintain proper hydration for your Dubia roaches with water gel granules, made from a non-toxic, highly absorbent polymer that holds moisture many times its dry weight. These long-lasting crystals are an effective, mess-free hydration solution. How to Use: Follow the preparation instructions provided on the packet. Store any prepared gel in a sealed container to prevent drying. Included in Your Kit: One 3-ounce packet of water gel granules (yields approximately 3 gallon of gel when mixed with water). Egg Flats – The Perfect Shelter for Your Dubia Roaches Create a secure and accommodating habitat for your Dubia roaches with our recommended egg flats: Egg Flats: Use 12x12-inch egg flats inside your enclosure for roaches to hide, climb, and breed. Alternate their orientation for better airflow and easier cleanup. Container Design: Choose smooth-sided containers to prevent roach escapes, as they are not natural climbers. Covering the Enclosure: Use mesh screen covers for aquariums or heavy-duty plastic covers for plastic tubs. For proper ventilation, cut a 6x6-inch hole in the tub cover and attach vinyl mesh with hot glue. These steps ensure a safe, well-ventilated environment for your Dubia roaches. Regularly sanitize and size the container appropriately to maintain optimal living conditions. Included in Your Kit: Six 12x12 Paperboard Egg Flats Buying just this item?
