Duality Ring

Duality.  Everything is on a continuum and has a complementary opposite within the whole. Things that appear as opposites are in fact only two extremes of the same thing.  We do not have to choose between opposites, believing it must be either this OR that.  Rather, we can make space for both, living in a "Yes, AND..." kind of world.   I am vulnerable and strong. I need action and rest. I value community and solitude. I am independant and reliant. I have masculine and feminine qualities.
