Sannolu Dual set_Matcha + Okrocha

Premium Jeju Matcha Matcha is a tea made by removing the veins from steamed tea leaves, drying them in the shade, and grinding them into a very fine powder using a millstone or a matcha manufacturing machine. Matcha is cultivated in the shade for 15 to 20 days when the buds start to grow, and the tea leaves are steamed with water to make steamed tea, which has a very fine dark green color. Matcha is made by grinding the tea leaves whole and drinking them, so it has the advantage of being able to consume all the beneficial ingredients of the tea leaves that are not absorbed by water. Premium matcha, which is processed using only the buds, is distinguished from ceremonial matcha by the size of the ground particles. It is ground with a millstone, so it has somewhat coarse particles and a dark green color, and its taste and aroma also have a stronger grassy aroma than ceremonial matcha, so you can enjoy a more satisfying green tea flavor when drinking it with milk, yogurt, etc. rather than water. Soft Jeju Okro Tea Okro tea, which was first developed in Japan and has been produced in Korea for a short time, is made from tea leaves that have been grown for 15 to 20 days under a shade cloth that blocks sunlight. This shade cultivation allows the tea leaves to absorb a lot of moisture, making the leaf tissue softer. The catechin component, which produces a bitter taste, is reduced and the amino acid content is increased, producing a soft taste. In addition, chlorophyll increases, making the leaf color darker and taking on the color of clear grass leaves. Okro tea is a high-quality tea that is only produced once a year.
