Frequently Asked Questions What is the benefit of ordering by size instead of a gangsheet? Ordering by size is ideal for projects where you need a specific number of identical logos or when you prefer the convenience of pre-cut transfers that are ready to press immediately. What sizes do you offer for custom transfers? We offer a full spectrum of sizes, from small 2-inch labels for neck prints to large 12x17 inch designs for full-back placements. Do I need to mirror my artwork before uploading? No, our professional software handles the mirroring process automatically. Please upload your designs as they should appear on the final garment. What is the best file format for high-quality results? We strongly recommend high-resolution (300 DPI) PNG files with a transparent background to ensure the sharpest possible edges. Can these transfers be used on dark-colored shirts? Yes, our transfers include a high-opacity white underbase that ensures colors remain vibrant and "pop" even on jet-black fabrics. What temperature should I use for pressing? We recommend a professional heat press set to 320°F (160°C) with medium pressure for 12-15 seconds. Are these transfers hot peel or cold peel? For the most professional and consistent results, we recommend a cold peel. Allow the transfer to cool completely before removing the film. Can I apply these to performance polyester? Yes, our adhesive is designed to bond with polyester, though we recommend a lower temperature for very thin or heat-sensitive athletic fabrics. Will the colors fade after multiple washes? No, we use premium UV-resistant inks that are designed to maintain their brilliance and color integrity for over 50 washes. Is there a minimum order quantity for sized transfers? We cater to both small boutiques and large enterprises, offering flexible ordering options to suit your specific production needs.
