DTF Sample Pack – Press Test Ready

What the Sample Pack Is The sample pack is a set of production DTF transfers used to evaluate print quality and press behavior on your own equipment. These are not demo prints or low-quality test pieces. They are produced with the same calibrated settings and the same in-house process as every order that ships from ArmyTransfers. Use the sample pack to verify ink coverage, peel behavior, adhesion strength, and color output before placing your first gang sheet or single transfer order. What You're Evaluating Print quality. Clean edges, fine detail reproduction, controlled white balance. Peel behavior. Hot peel film. Confirm performance on your specific garment and press setup. Adhesion. Press at the recommended settings and evaluate bond strength and wash performance. Color. Evaluate color output on your equipment. Results reflect our calibrated settings applied to your pressing conditions. Note: results vary based on press temperature accuracy, pressure, and fabric type. Testing on the materials you press regularly gives you the most useful evaluation. Who Should Order This Decorators evaluating a new transfer supplier before switching New customers verifying quality before a first bulk order Apparel sellers adding DTF to their workflow who want to confirm results before going live with clients Operators who changed garment brands and want to re-verify press behavior If you already have an established pressing workflow with ArmyTransfers, the sample pack is less relevant than a small single transfer order to verify a new material. After You Test If the sample pack meets your standards, the next step is your first gang sheet or single transfer order. Production-ready files move fastest through the queue. Important Notes Production time begins after the order is placed and processed. This is a real production order, not instant fulfillment. Transit time varies by carrier. Local pickup available in Gilroy and San Jose, CA.
