DS-083 The Seiner Wallet Digital Pattern

The Galley leather wallet pattern is a pdf downloadable leather crafting pattern to create a long wallet with five or seven card slots, one zipper coin compartment and two banknotes/receipts compartments. It is an Intermediate skill level wallet template that is easier to build than the usual long wallet designs since it does not include T-shaped card pockets that require skiving or sewing at their bottom edges. The leather pattern includes step-by-step assembly instructions with pictures to guide you through the build. Using the same pattern you can also make few variations of the Galley wallet - you can skip the cards pocket that is on top of the coin pocket or the closure strap for couple of simpler versions. Or you can make a slick, lean zipper wallet by making the Coin Pocket with the two card pockets on it as a stand-alone piece to be carried in a purse or by itself while running a quick errand. Have fun making The Galley Wallet! Happy crafting, Deyan ===== IMPORTANT ===== This product is a digital PDF pattern designed by DS Leather Goods and not a physical item. If you go up to 1.6mm use medium temper as stiff leather might be tougher to fold. Pattern specific tools/materials: >> 1 x snap buttons up to 12.5mm in diameter (1/2inch) >> 2mm hole punch Basic Instructions Print pattern at 100% scale and verify size using the Print Accuracy Test. Measure and cut on the outside edge of the lines. Make sure to review the Assembly Instructions PDF file in full before commencing with the build. The stitch lines are 3.5mm off the edges. Although the stitch holes in the pattern are spaced at 3.85mm given that they “approach” the folded edges, you can use irons with any size. The only difference would be how close to the folded edge your last hole would be – slight difference in that would not make a difference in the wallet structure or functionality. ===== USES ===== > If you are a 1-person small leather crafting business you can sell as many products as you want that you made using this pattern, otherwise please consider the pattern for personal use only. > Selling or distributing this pattern via any means for commercial or non-commercial purposes and creating cut dies (clicker dies) using the pattern is forbidden. > Non-handmade production of The Tinclad Wallet via any means is not allowed. > If you have any questions regarding the pattern or the build, feel free to reach out to us.  ===== YOU WILL RECEIVE ===== 1.
