Dry Core Drill Bits

MESA DIAMOND DRY CORE DRILL BITS   Dry core drill bits look and operate very similarly to wet coring bits but they do not require any lubricant/water. Dry coring still provides accurate hole drilling and remove the core in the same capability a wet core bit does. In case of situations that water is simply not accessible or slurry from wet drilling is not acceptable in the work environment, using dry diamond core drill bit is the ideal option. Especially, when there is possible contact with electrical wires at job site, using a dry core bit is the best way. A dust muzzle can be used in conjunction with a vacuum to collect slurry from wet drilling or dust from dry drilling. Arbor Type : 1/2'' BSP Segment Height: 11mm (0.434'') Drilling Length: 6'' tube length to produce 5'' depth hole Cooling & Chip Removal Holes   Dry core drill bit has multiple chip holes on the sides to help quickly remove debris while dissipating heat promptly and it designed to drilling more smooth and non-clogging. Effortless Operation Direct dry drilling without adding water provides effortless and clean drilling experience. Thanks to comprehensive clearance hole design, it provides efficient drilling to the operator with reduced noise. Multipurpose Drilling Various of materials being drilled with core bits in building construction, mechanical and electrical installer trades.  Dry coring has widespread using area such as installing air conditioning, range hood, sewer by drilling concrete, hard sandstone, masonry, brick/block etc. Not suitable for use on hard concrete or rebar.  It is ideal assistant for DIY workers.  Easy Fit to Common Drilling Machines Hand-held core drilling machine Core Drill Rigs Rotary Hammer Drill (with hammer turned off)  High Frequency Segments Dry core drill bit is manufactured of an advanced aluminum core, premium diamond segments, and high-frequency welding technology, which makes it sturdy and highly durable.  Top grade diamond concentration provides the balance of fast cutting and core bit life. Homocentric Shaft Design The concentric shaft design designed to prevent the bit from being out of center during drilling, allowing more precise placement and improved efficiency.
