The Body Brush

A perfect companion for your bathing ritual. This natural bristle brush is made from sustainable bamboo and has a long handle to reach the mid back. Best used on dry skin, the bristles will gently buff and exfoliate dry skin cells. When used in gentle sweeping motions, the dry brush will help support lymphatic drainage. Also can be used on wet skin to work soap into a rich lather. RECOMMENDED USE Use prior to your sauna, hot tub, shower or bath. Beginning with the feet, use swift gentle strokes upward toward the pelvis. Continue to work up to the core from the extremities. Following your favorite bathing practice, follow up with a body oil or moisturizer for soft, hydrated skin.
