Dry Brush

CAIT & CO. This dry brush is made of natural palm bristles. Dry brushing has been used for many years as a method of exfoliation. Use on your dry skin before showering to promote circulation, clean clogged pores, and brush away dead skin. In order to get the best use out of your dry brush, we recommend using it on dry skin before showering. Start at your feet and work your way upwards. If it hurts, you should use the brush with less pressure. Dry brush 1-2 times per week. You should not use this particular brush on your face.
