An outstanding fish brine that's not only tasty, but a snap to use. Sea salt, brown sugar, pickling spice, cayenne, spices. Add contents to 2 cups of brown ale and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and stir until dissolved. Remove from heat and allow to cool completely before using.
