DrumPack 55 Gallon (Min 20)

Drumpack 55 Gallon: UN/DOT Approved Flexible Waste Container High-Capacity Hazardous Waste Solutions The Drumpack 55 Gallon is a professional-grade, UN/DOT approved flexible container designed for the secure transport and storage of hazardous and industrial materials. Combining the structural integrity of a traditional drum with the logistical advantages of a collapsible design, it is the premier choice for environmental remediation and site cleanup. Manufactured from heavy-duty polypropylene, this container is engineered to replace bulky steel and plastic drums, offering a more efficient way to manage waste streams without sacrificing safety or regulatory compliance. Hard-Wall Technology for Easy Filling One of the most common issues with flexible containers is their tendency to collapse during the loading process. The Drumpack solves this with proprietary Hard-Wall technology. This design provides the necessary rigidity to keep the container upright and open, allowing for seamless, one-person filling. Whether you are disposing of contaminated soil, oily rags, or industrial debris, the Drumpack maintains its shape under pressure. Furthermore, every unit is UV coated, ensuring the material remains durable and puncture-resistant even when exposed to harsh, outdoor conditions on-site. Space-Saving Logistical Advantages Traditional 55-gallon drums take up significant warehouse space even when empty. The Drumpack is a user-friendly collapsible container that ships and stores flat. This allows you to: Reduce Inbound Freight Costs: Ship more units in a single truckload. Optimize Storage: Save up to 80% of floor space compared to rigid drums. Rapid Deployment: Quickly unfold and set up a waste station anywhere on your facility. How to Set Up Your Drumpack 55 Gallon Follow these simple steps to ensure your waste container is ready for compliant disposal: Unfold the Container: Remove the Drumpack from its flat-packed state and expand the base on a level surface. Engage Hard-Wall Inserts: Ensure the internal structural components are locked into place to provide maximum rigidity. Insert Liner (If Required): If handling liquids or fine powders, place the appropriate 6-mil or specialized liner inside. Fill to Capacity: Load your materials, ensuring you do not exceed the certified weight limit for the 55-gallon volume. Seal for Transport: Close the top securely using the integrated ties or duffle closure to meet UN/DOT transport standards.
