This antique drop-leaf table is a classic farmhouse or cottage-style piece, likely dating to the late 19th century. Crafted from solid wood, it features a warm, medium-toned finish with a natural patina that shows signs of aging through subtle scratches and wear. The table's design is highly functional for small spaces, consisting of a fixed center section flanked by two hinged leaves that can be raised to expand the surface or lowered to save room. When fully extended, it can serve as a dining table for several people, but when the leaves are dropped, its narrow profile allows it to be used as a console table or pushed flush against a wall. The top is supported by four turned legs that taper toward the bottom, common in traditional 19th-century craftsmanship. Table Top with leaves up: 48" x 42" Each Leaf is 12" wide.
