Drone Dock Solar Security Trailer (Hawk)

Drone Dock Solar Security Trailer (Hawk): Autonomous Ground-to-Air Security Platform With Edge AI Detection and Drone-in-a-Box Aerial Response Dronefly's Drone Dock Solar Security Trailer (Hawk) is a fully integrated ground-to-air security platform designed for enterprise deployments where a fixed-camera perimeter and a drone response capability need to operate as a single, coordinated system from a self-sustaining mobile trailer. The platform combines two fixed 4MP bullet cameras, a 4MP PTZ camera with 5x optical zoom, a UNV IP Horn Speaker delivering up to 130 dBSPL, an 8-channel IQ PoE NVR, a Uniview Smart Box running selectable edge AI behavior analytics, and a DJI Dock 3 with a DJI Matrice 4TD thermal and optical drone — all on a medium-frame solar trailer with a rear dock platform and a higher-capacity solar array. It is purpose-built for critical infrastructure, energy and utility sites, mining and port operations, large campuses, remote industrial facilities, and any high-risk environment where ground detection and autonomous aerial verification need to work in concert. The Hawk is architected as a fleet-deployable enterprise platform, not a one-off security solution. The ground layer handles continuous detection through the fixed camera stack and Smart Box edge AI, the PTZ camera tracks and verifies activity at ground level, and the IP Horn Speaker delivers immediate audio deterrence when a detection event fires. When an event requires aerial confirmation, the DJI Dock 3 launches the Matrice 4TD autonomously in approximately 10 seconds — no pilot required, no manual intervention needed. Key Features and Benefits Autonomous aerial response: DJI Dock 3 launches the Matrice 4TD in 10 seconds without an on-site pilot. Thermal imaging: 640 x 512 infrared camera with super-resolution up to 1,280 x 1,024 for aerial verification. 54-minute flight time: Matrice 4TD delivers extended aerial endurance per mission directly from the dock. IP Horn Speaker: 130 dBSPL outdoor speaker delivers immediate audio deterrence during ground detection events. PTZ auto tracking: human-only target filtering follows ground-level activity for real-time operator verification. Smart Box analytics: over 100 behavior algorithms run at the edge, independently of cloud connectivity. Fixed camera coverage: two 4MP bullet cameras provide continuous wide-area perimeter monitoring around the clock. BVLOS capable: Dock 3 and Matrice 4TD support beyond visual line of sight operations subject to regulatory approval. Solar powered: larger array and higher-capacity field power sustain 24/7 ground and aerial operations off-grid. Fleet ready: standardized trailer platform and hardware stack support multi-unit enterprise fleet deployment. The drone conducts thermal and optical aerial verification, tracks moving targets using Smart Track, and feeds data back into a combined incident record alongside ground camera footage, PTZ imagery, and Smart Box alarm data. For fleet integrators and security operations teams managing large or multi-site deployments, the Hawk offers a detection-to-documentation workflow that runs automatically, day and night, across site footprints that no fixed-camera platform alone can cover. Every unit is fully configurable. The camera configuration, NVR, and accessories can be upgraded or added to match your enterprise security architecture. Dronefly customers receive a fully integrated UAV Solutions Lifecycle Partnership Program — from initial site assessment and system configuration to algorithm setup, FAA compliance planning, and post-deployment support across your entire fleet. One Trailer, Complete Ground-to-Air Response Architecture The Drone Dock Security Trailer (Hawk) is built for enterprise operators who need a site security system that functions without human initiation at each step. The Smart Box processes video streams at the edge, classifies threats, and generates alarms without cloud dependency. The PTZ camera tracks confirmed ground-level activity while the IP Horn Speaker responds with audio deterrence in real time. When aerial verification is needed, the Dock 3 deploys the Matrice 4TD within seconds, covering fence lines, remote assets, hard-to-see areas, and large site footprints that fixed cameras cannot reach. The Matrice 4TD's 27-minute recharge cycle means the system is ready for the next mission with minimal downtime between deployments. For security operations teams running enterprise-scale or multi-site programs, the Hawk delivers a coordinated detection-to-documentation chain that operates continuously across day and night, in harsh weather, and across terrain no fixed surveillance system can fully address. Compatibility and System Integration Fixed bullet cameras: two UNV IPC2124SR-ADF28KM-H 4MP cameras connect via plug-and-play PoE to the NVR. PTZ camera: UNV IPC6324LWH-AX5C-VG2 integrates with NVR auto tracking and Smart Box analytics workflows. IP Horn Speaker: UNV IPS302030-S integrates with NVR for alarm-triggered audio and video-audio linkage. Speaker triggers: NVR activates audio broadcasts via Smart Intrusion Prevention and Ultra Motion Detection events. Smart Box input: UNV ECS-508S-SF-HA accepts third-party camera streams via RTSP or ONVIF protocol. DJI Dock 3 compatibility: exclusively paired with DJI Matrice 4TD for autonomous aerial response missions. FlightHub 2 integration: Dock 3 connects to DJI FlightHub 2 for remote mission management and real-time alerts. O4+ Enterprise transmission: Matrice 4TD supports up to 15.5 miles (25 km) FCC transmission range from dock. API alarm reporting: Smart Box outputs alarm data to third-party monitoring platforms via standard API. VMS integration: all ground cameras are ONVIF Profile S, G, and T compliant for third-party platform connection. Applications and Use Cases Critical infrastructure protection: layered ground AI, audio deterrence, and aerial thermal verification covers large secured perimeters. Energy and utility sites: autonomous drone response confirms intrusion and equipment anomalies beyond camera range. Mining and port operations: aerial overwatch monitors remote areas, access roads, and hard-to-see site sections continuously. Large campus security: scheduled drone patrols and Smart Box ground detection provide layered coverage across expansive properties. Enterprise fleet programs: standardized trailer hardware and scalable platform architecture support multi-site fleet deployment. BVLOS security operations: Dock 3 and Matrice 4TD support compliance-aware BVLOS workflows subject to FAA Part 107, site authorization, airspace approval, Remote ID, and applicable waiver requirements. The Drone Dock Security Trailer (Hawk) is built for enterprise operations where response time, verification accuracy, and incident documentation are non-negotiable. Its ground-to-air architecture detects, classifies, deters, launches, tracks, and documents without requiring a person on site to trigger each step of the response chain. Every unit is fully configurable — the camera configuration, NVR, and accessories can be upgraded or tailored to your enterprise security architecture and site requirements. Live SOC monitoring for active deterrence is available upon request.
