Drill Bits

Purchased a Premium Starter Kit and looking for sharp drill bits for your next conversion? Choose from individual drill bits or the complete Drill Kit. The three available drill bits are designed for precise steps in the conversion process: Pilot Drill – Installed into a laboratory handpiece and used to create a pilot hole through the TiBase to the occlusal/cameo surface. Access Drill – Installed into a laboratory handpiece and used from the occlusal/cameo surface to expand the pilot hole to 3/32”. The tip of the bit fits into the pilot hole and guides drilling until reaching the top of the TiBase. Cleanout Drill – Installed in the Pin Vise and manually rotated clockwise in the Access Drill channel following the 5x5 Technique. Used to remove the PEEK Cap from the TiBase and clear away residual debris. Caution: Drill bits should always be used straight. Do not apply force off-axis, as this may damage the bit, drilling material, or result in personal injury. Recommendation: Use new drill bits for each conversion to ensure sharper, faster drilling and cleaner holes. Dull bits may slow drilling, generate excess heat, and risk dislodging the TiBase.
