How to Prepare Sea Moss Gel Remove 2 oz of sea moss from the package and rinse thoroughly with lime. Place moss in a bowl and cover with water. Add 1 cut lime and soak for 12–24 hours. Drain the water after soaking. Blend the moss in a high-speed blender with 2–3 cups of water until smooth. Pour into an airtight glass container. Store in the refrigerator until solidified. Usage: Can be added to drinks, foods, or used as a topical mask.
