Kirsten’s work is known for its clean shapes and architectural inspirations. With Dresden, overlapping front pieces create a flattering, draped silhouette, while darts are worked to taper the waist and accentuate the piece’s overall shape. Johnstone further explored the design by creating a companion cardigan with a slim-fitting sleeve. The vest is worked seamlessly with a smart shaping solution at the shoulder.
