Mission Dredknot Dock Line

Slide it. Leave it. Never second-guess your knot again. With the DREADKNOT dock line, you’ll use the Slide-Lock for a faster, more secure docking experience. We rethought the dock line—so docking is faster, easier, and smarter. Experienced boaters know the drill: docking doesn’t always go as planned. Whether you’re dealing with wind, current, tight quarters, or a helping hand that’s not quite sure what to do — the last thing you want to be thinking about is your dock line. DREADKNOT removes the guesswork. With looped ends on both sides and an intuitive Slide-Lock, you can adjust quickly and precisely — no knots, no retying, no second-guessing. It’s intuitive, fast, and solid under pressure. The patent-pending Slide-Lock automatically grips under load using a proven tension-based design — the same principle trusted by climbers and rescue teams for decades. To release, just twist the capsule to unload tension and slide it free. Simple as that. Sure, you still know how to tie a proper cleat hitch...but with DREADKNOT, you won’t have to teach it to every guest on board. Just hand them the line and let it do the work. Faster. Simpler. Secure. That’s how docking should feel.
