Dream Clientele

There is a very serious and scary problem facing a lot of lash artists and beauty professionals. It can feel devastating, overwhelming and painful. Everyday I get messages from lash artists that they have no clients, no one wants to book with them or they’re facing a slow season where clients drop off and the panic is setting in. Even more heartbreaking to me, sometimes people I deeply care about reach out to me telling me they feel like they’ve failed because they’ve been struggling to fill their books despite every effort. A lot of lash artists are sold a lie that building their clientele is easy. Or it just takes posting on Instagram to have a full schedule year round. Or paying an ad agency will build them their dream clientele. It could build you a clientele, but the chances of those clients returning for years is slim to none. It hurts my heart when I see lash extensions being advertised on facebook marketplace for $50. I just wish they knew there was a better way to run their business that’ll set them up for long term success rather than short term clients that are constantly searching for the best deal. The truth is, it’s a true learned art to be a magnet for clients. It’s not easy, it takes commitment and dedication and discipline…but it’s entirely possible and worth it to put in these actionable steps to curate a business and a clientele that is ideal for YOU, while making great money, actually profiting and enjoying a life away from the bed as well. I’ve been trusted with these conversations because I’ve been there and I’ve built and rebuilt my lash business multiple times in multiple states…and massively succeeded each time. I’m not a sales coach. I’m not a marketing guru. I’m a 25 year old woman that worked her booty off to build a clientele over and over again that funded my dreams of opening salon suites, a coffee shop and quite frankly, a life I love. There’s no head start that I had that you don’t, I’m just a hard worker. And if you’re reading this, you probably are too. And I still do lashes, like, all the time. I could sell this course for a lot of money, but I want to make it as accessible to every artist that wants and needs it, for the sake of our industry thriving. Think of me as your lash big sister, I made the mistakes so you don’t have to. I’ve gone through the hardest months of my life building my business from the ground up and my goal is to have you struggle and suffer less in your own journey. I want more messages telling me your wins. I want to see a world where beauty service providers are well respected, valued by their clients and loved ones and they’re living out their dreams will full books, clients that feel like friends and a balanced lifestyle. Welcome to “Dream Clientele”, where we’ll dive into how you can build your books from scratch or from experience, straight out of beauty school or in a new location where no one knows your name. The goal of this course is you booking 15-20 DREAM clients in the next 60 days. Not just any clients, your dream clients. People that are actively seeking a professional lash artist that they can build a lasting, trusting relationship with. I’ll provide you the how. You provide me the action. And let’s create a beautiful business together. I got you friend. Maddi
