(Mature Size: 22"T x 40"W) This seedling of Hosta nigrescens possesses truly unique foliage. The 12" long leaves are cupped and a distinctive shade of green. The cupping on these long leaves helps to show off the white backs of the leaf. Boat-shaped leaves are eye catching and are sure to make this plant a favorite for the hosta collector. These leaves do float and yes I did test this, I had to! Lavender flowers appear in late summer. Why Should I Grow It? The leaves are so cool! Nothing else like it! (D. and M. Beilstein 2009) Large Hosta Cultivar [H. nigrescens open pollinated] Color: Uniquely Green Size: 22 inches tall by 40 inches wide Type: Uniquely Cupped Hosta Product Size: 4.5 Inch Container
