Draw Me A Star

In Draw Me a Star, beloved author-illustrator Eric Carle invites children into a tender, dreamlike story about imagination, art, and the cycles of life. Beginning with a child’s simple drawing, each page unfolds into a radiant sequence—stars, sun, trees, people—all painted in Carle’s signature collage style. Both poetic and inspiring, it’s a gentle ode to creativity and connection that resonates far beyond story time.
