Dragon Wing Cake Pop Cutter with Matching Embossing Plunger

Create detailed dragon wing cake pops, cookies, and other decorated treats with our Dragon Wing Cake Pop Cutter with Matching Embossing Plunger. This cutter creates a dramatic dragon wing shape with built-in raised details for a beautifully defined finished design. The matching Embossing Plunger adds the detailed wing structure directly to your cake pop dough, giving you raised lines and texture that make the wing come to life. This design is perfect for dragon-themed treats, fantasy characters, Halloween creations, mythical creatures, and more. Because of the fine detail in the wing, the consistency of your chocolate coating and how you tap away excess chocolate matter when using this design. A thin, fluid chocolate coating and careful positioning while removing excess chocolate can help preserve the defined wing details rather than allowing chocolate to settle around the embossed lines. Our cutters are designed around the way we actually make cake pops. Simply roll your dough to 16 mm (approximately 5/8 inch), cut your shape, emboss the top with the matching Embossing Plunger, release it from the cutter, insert your stick, dip, and decorate. What's Included: • 1 Dragon Wing Cake Pop Cutter • 1 Matching Embossing Plunger Cutter Specifications: • Designed for a 16 mm (5/8 inch) rolled thickness • Creates a detailed dragon wing-shaped treat • Finished dough cutout weighs approximately 1 oz, depending on dough consistency • Includes a matching Embossing Plunger to create the raised wing details • 3D printed using food-contact-safe PLA • Designed and manufactured by HGB3D Detailed Wing Design: The matching Embossing Plunger creates the distinctive raised details across the wing, giving your finished treat dimension and definition without requiring you to hand-pipe every detail. The detailed design is perfect for: • Dragon-themed treats • Fantasy characters • Mythical creatures • Halloween designs • Medieval and fantasy-themed events • Custom cake pop designs • Detailed cookies The embossed details can be emphasized with different decorating techniques, colors, and finishes to create a dramatic finished wing. Chocolate Coating Tips: Because this design contains fine raised details, your chocolate consistency and dipping technique can make a big difference in how clearly those details show. For the best definition: • Use a thin, fluid chocolate coating that can flow around the detailed surface. • Avoid using an overly thick coating that may fill in the embossed details. • When tapping away excess chocolate, hold the cake pop at an angle that allows the chocolate to flow off the larger part of the wing, parallel to the embossed lines. This helps prevent excess chocolate from settling around the raised details and filling in the definition. Decorating Options: You can: • Use different chocolate colors for dramatic effects • Paint additional details with Poppy Paint • Highlight the cake pop with edible colors, luster dust, and shimmers • Create dark and spooky dragon wings • Create colorful fantasy wings • Combine the wing with other cutters to create complete characters and creatures How to Use: Roll your cake pop dough to approximately 16 mm (5/8 inch) thick. Lightly dust the cutter, your work surface, and the Embossing Plunger with cornstarch to help prevent sticking. Place the cutter over the rolled-out dough and press firmly to punch out the dragon wing shape. Use the included Embossing Plunger to press the detailed wing design into the dough. Carefully release your detailed wing-shaped piece from the cutter. Insert your cake pop stick. Dip your cake pop in chocolate or your preferred coating. Hold the cake pop at an angle while tapping away excess chocolate so that the coating flows off the wing parallel to the embossed details, helping prevent chocolate from settling around and filling in the raised lines. Decorate as desired. Works Great With: • Cake pop dough • Fondant • Modeling chocolate • Cookie dough Care and Cleaning: • Wash before first use. • Hand wash only with warm water and mild dish soap. • Clean detailed areas using a soft-bristled brush. • Do not soak for extended periods. • Not dishwasher safe. • Avoid exposure to high temperatures, direct sunlight, or hot water, as PLA may warp. • Dry thoroughly before storing. • Store in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Stain Removal: Food coloring and other strongly pigmented decorating products may temporarily stain lighter-colored PLA. For most stains, make a paste using baking soda and a small amount of water, then gently scrub the stained area with a soft-bristled brush. Rinse thoroughly and repeat if needed. Staining is cosmetic only and does not affect the performance of the cutter. Please Note: • This cutter is designed for a 16 mm (5/8 inch) rolled thickness. • The approximate dough weight is 1 oz and may vary depending on dough consistency. • The wing details are created using the included Embossing Plunger. • Because of the fine detail in this design, chocolate consistency and dipping technique can affect how clearly the raised details appear on the finished treat. • Minor layer lines and slight surface variations are normal for 3D printed items and do not affect performance. • Colors may vary depending on material availability. • This listing includes the Dragon Wing Cake Pop Cutter and matching Embossing Plunger only.
