Dr. Rich's Magnesium Spray

Magical Magnesium- Magnesium has been called life's most important mineral being involved in 350 enzyme reactions and indirectly required for thousands of others. Without adequate magnesium our metabolic (life processes) suffer. In years of practice I have yet to see a diabetic that is not woefully lacking in magnesium. Magnesium and vitamin B6 or pyridoxal 5'phoshate (P5' P for short) must be present for the body to properly utilize and assimilate amino acids the building blocks of protein. It is estimated that 80-90% of the population is magnesium deficient to various degrees. Magnesium is considered to be the number one stress mineral and extremely important where anxiety is involved. When we are under stress, whether mental or physical our bodies require even higher levels of magnesium. The release of stress hormones causes a much greater need in magnesium dependent reactions; using up any magnesium the body has stored. Living under continual stress causes deficiency, in turn, putting the body under more stress thereby creating a vicious cycle. The importance of magnesium cannot be overemphasized. Just as oxygen is important for life itself, so is magnesium. Although the majority of magnesium is found in our bones, the active portion is in solution in every one of our cells. Doctors often check serum levels of magnesium which are usually within range. That is why, in order to be more accurate, the red blood cell magnesium test that measures intracellular (RBC) magnesium rather than extra cellular (SERUM) magnesium should be used to determine magnesium needs. A lifelong partner with calcium, sometimes as an antagonist sometimes in concert magnesium has many roles. Magnesium allows potassium into the cell where it belongs for without it potassium roams around the extra cellular fluid and bloodstream unable to open the door into the cell. Most of us do not bathe in mineral rich oceans and streams, which are rich in magnesium and other minerals and when our crops were not depleted of magnesium most people were not deficient. Known as the calming mineral it is perfect for stress reduction and eliminating aches and pains while helping people to relax and sleep. For some people magnesium is life changing. Our magnesium oil at Real Purity is from genuine Zechstein magnesium chloride along with other naturally occurring trace minerals.
