Kazandibi, which means "bottom of the pot" in Turkish, is a traditional Turkish milk pudding dessert. It is made by caramelizing sugar at the bottom of a pot, then adding a creamy milk mixture flavored with vanilla. The mixture is slowly cooked until thickened and then poured into molds to set. Once cooled and set, the dessert is typically served chilled and garnished with ground cinnamon or chopped nuts. Dr. Oetker Kazandibi mix provides a convenient way to prepare this classic dessert at home, ensuring consistent results and authentic flavor.
