Dr. In the Kitchen Flackers

Flackers® were originally developed by a doctor for patients with special dietary needs. After gaining notoriety within the local gluten-free community, Flackers made their grocery store debut in 2008 through cooperative grocery stores in the Twin Cities in Minnesota. Today, Flackers can be found online and in over 3000 grocery stores nationwide. We run our own production facility in Minnesota and are a proud collaborative member of the rich and thriving food entrepreneurial community of MidWest.
