This herbal blend has a spicy note, with citrus supporting cast. The overall flavor is a ginger and ginseng taste with orange note. How to brew the perfect cup: Heat the water to 212°F (boiling), use 1-1.5 teaspoon per 8 ounces of water and infuse for between 5-6 minutes and start to feelgood! Ingredients: Apple bits, rooibos, cinnamon, bean peels, ginger bits, mistletoe, St. John's wort, lemongrass, flavor, cardamom, cloves, black pepper, lemon peels, and ginseng roots
