Doxa SUB 250T GMT Caribbean 855.10.201.10

The SUB 250T GMT marks DOXA’s return to the GMT function, blending dive-watch durability with world-time functionality. Its 40mm stainless steel case ensures a perfect balance of wrist presence and comfort, while the screw-down crown and unidirectional bezel with diving scales provide professional-grade performance. With a water resistance of 250 meters (820 feet), it’s built for both underwater exploration and global travel. Powering the SUB 250T GMT is a Swiss automatic movement, operating at 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz) with a 50-hour power reserve, ensuring precision and reliability in any environment. The skeletonized GMT hand allows tracking of a second time zone, making it a practical tool for divers and frequent travelers alike. Beneath the scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating, the watch maintains excellent legibility in all conditions. Completing its rugged yet refined design, the SUB 250T GMT is available with either a color-matched FKM rubber strap for superior flexibility and durability or the stainless steel “beads of rice” bracelet, both featuring a folding clasp with a diving suit extension. A seamless blend of heritage, innovation, and adventure-ready performance, the SUB 250T GMT is built for those who demand reliability and style—whether deep underwater or across time zones. Initially gaining recognition for its pocket watches and dashboard clocks, DOXA's defining moment came in 1967 with the introduction of the SUB 300 dive watch. This groundbreaking timepiece, featuring an iconic orange dial, unique no-decompression bezel, and purpose-built design for recreational divers, quickly became a benchmark in the industry. Notably, in collaboration with Rolex and the introduction of the Sea-Dweller, DOXA co-developed the now-common helium escape valve concept, adding another feather in its cap as a true diver’s tool in its day. DOXA's reputation was further enhanced by its association with Jacques-Yves Cousteau and its frequent appearance in Clive Cussler's adventure novels. Despite facing challenges during the quartz crisis, DOXA experienced a resurgence after its acquisition by the Jenny family in 1997. Today, the brand continues to honor its diving heritage while embracing modern watchmaking techniques. DOXA's journey from a small Swiss workshop to a globally recognized dive watch manufacturer demonstrates its enduring commitment to innovation, quality, and functionality. The brand's iconic designs, particularly the SUB series, remain popular among diving enthusiasts and watch collectors alike, cementing DOXA's place in horological history.
