DOWSIL 790 Silicone Building Sealant Product Description: DOWSIL 790 Silicone Building Sealant is an ultra-low-modulus, one-part, neutral-cure silicone sealant designed for new and remedial construction joint sealing. It provides excellent performance in joints that experience extreme movement while placing low stress on the sealant-to-substrate bond. Its strong weather resistance and flexibility make it well suited for demanding exterior construction applications. Features and Benefits: High Movement Capability: Handles joint movement with an extension/compression capability of +100/-50%. Excellent Weather Resistance: Resists sunlight, rain, snow, and temperature extremes. Strong Masonry Adhesion: Offers excellent unprimed adhesion to masonry and concrete substrates. Low-Modulus Formula: Places less stress on the sealant-to-substrate bond, helping reduce failures in moving joints. New or Remedial Construction: Suitable for both new construction and repair or restoration work. Easy Application: Applies easily over a wide range of temperatures. Color Options: Available in 11 standard colors, including black, precast white, gray, natural stone, bronze, adobe tan, blue spruce, rustic brick, sandstone, charcoal, and dusty rose.
