How long it takes We email your wording proof within 3–5 business days. Once you approve it, your sign is carved, finished, and shipped within 15–21 business days — about 4–5 weeks start to finish, plus transit. On a deadline? Message us before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether we can hit your date. Changes, cancellations, and our promise Nothing is cut until you approve your proof, so up to that point you can change your wording or cancel for a full refund. After you approve, your order goes into our production schedule — cancel before we start cutting and we'll refund you less a $25 production cancellation fee. If it arrives damaged or doesn't match your approved proof, we remake it free — no charge to you and no shipping either way.
