Double Mouthpiece D

The Double Mouthpiece D Bit features a double-layered mouthpiece that helps lighten horses which tend to feel heavy on the bit. This construction encourages relaxation and a softer connection, while the fixed D-ring cheekpieces add lateral stability, preventing the bit from sliding through the mouth and ensuring clear directional guidance. Key Features of the Double Mouthpiece: Asymmetrical Double Joint: Creates an uneven breaking point that encourages relaxation in the horse’s mouth. Recommended for Hard Mouths: Works well on horses that feel stiff or unresponsive, without being designed for pullers. Encourages Softness: Promotes a lighter connection by reducing resistance and improving acceptance of the bit. Single Joint Features : Focused Contact : The single joint design concentrates pressure on the tongue and bars, creating clear communication between the horse and rider. Direct Function : This bit’s simple, direct action is ideal for horses that respond well to straightforward cues. Supports Engagement : With clear signals, the single joint encourages horses to stay focused on the rider’s aids, enhancing responsiveness and connection. D-Ring Design Features: Lateral Stability : The fixed D-shaped rings provide lateral stability, preventing the bit from sliding through the horse’s mouth and offering more precise control during turns. Direct Communication : The D-Ring allows for a more stable and direct connection between the rider's hands and the horse’s mouth, making it suitable for horses that need clearer guidance and more consistent contact. Gentle Guidance : While providing stability, the D-Ring design ensures smooth and gentle communication between horse and rider, encouraging responsiveness without discomfort.
