Double Kilned Munich is produced from 2-row barley cultivated on family-owned farms in the Southeast. True to its name, this malt undergoes two kiln firings, enhancing its complex flavor profile and raising its color intensity to about 50 SRM. It delivers a striking ruby red color along with nuanced flavors of dark fruit, toffee, and a subtle roasted coffee note, ideal for beer styles like Czech Dark Lager, Baltic Porter, and winter seasonals.
