Double Glass Framed Caligo Eurilochus Butterfly

Caligo Owl butterflies are the masters of ninjutsu within the butterfly community. The underwing pattern is highly cryptic. It is conceivable that the eye pattern is a generalized form of mimicry. It is known that many small animals hesitate to go near patterns resembling eyes with a light-colored iris and a large pupil, which matches the appearance of the eyes of many predators that hunt by sight. The main predators of Caligo are small lizards which are not very fond of owls as the owls seem to consider them no more than tasty snacks All Insects vary in size and shape. You will receive a high quality specimen of the selected item but not the exact one pictured. All insects are guaranteed to be top quality and sourced from ethical vendors from around the world.
