Dot and the Kangaroo (Studio Cast Recording) [MP3]

Based on the 1899 classic children's novel, with libretto by Daniel Stoddart, music by Daniel Mertzlufft (Ratatouille: The TikTok Musical, Breathe), and lyrics by Kate Leonard (Ratatouille: The TikTok Musical, Breathe), Dot & the Kangaroo leads audiences on a beautiful journey into the world and spirit of Australia. Young, rambunctious Dot longs for an adventure exploring everything the country has to offer. When she finds herself lost and afraid in the darkening Australian bush, Dot befriends a wise mother Kangaroo who enlists the help of Australia’s favourite bush creatures to help Dot find her way back home. A charming tale full of quirky Aussie-native characters, Dot & the Kangaroo transforms the endearing story that transfixed generations past into a fresh, new adventure for generations to come.  The album is produced by Dan Rudin, orchestrated and co-produced by Conor Keelan, and features the vocal talents of Leo Chick, Jessie Edmonds, Miguel Gambley, Makenzi Goodwin, Alicia Hammond, Alison Hodge, Harry Ince, Cooper James, Cori Jaskier, Jack Keukenmeester, Inara Lang, Nyah Le, Kiara Linke, Anaiya Mahony, Scott Morris, Zaya Saltoun, Neve Sargeant, Layla Schillert, Abigail Sharp, River Stoddart, Bridget Tran, Lluka Wadey.
