Dorsteinia foetida

Dorsteinia foetida  An unusual fleshy caudiciform relative of figs. The stems are upright and brownish to greenish. New stems usually form from the base, not the stem itself. Leaves are brownish green. The flowers (actually inflorescence) are a strange multi lobed shape. Easy to grow. Likes good light but not full sun. It is more tropical than the average succulent so it doesn't like to dry out fully and likes some warmth in the winter. You will receive a plant shown in the last image or one similar.   Plant shown in a 3.5" pot.  Important Shipping Information PLANTS ARE SHIPPED BARE ROOT If you want me to send them in pots send me a message to discuss. Extra charges due to increased shipping costs will apply. Immediate Payment (eBay only) Sorry! I can no longer offer a delayed purchase option as the multichannel inventory management system I have started using requires this setting. No Delayed Shipping (eBay only) Once you pay I have to (and WILL) ship within 3 business days or eBay will lower my seller rating. I used to have a way to delay shipping but can no longer do this for the same reason as #2 above. Feel free to message me before buying to see if we can figure something out here, no promises though. Winter Shipping If you live in a cold climate consider including a 96 hour heat pack in your order during the cold months. I have them as a listing. Just add it to your order. If you don’t see them just message me. Thank you!
