The dormakaba ED900 Low Energy Swing Door Operator provides quiet, low energy automation to exterior doors. Features an innovative electro-mechanical drive and state-of-the-art motion control system. Ideal for schools, hospitals, airports and more. The ED900 boasts the smallest footprint in the industry, up to 65% smaller than most other operators. This fully ADA compliant operator makes it easy for small children, the elderly, those with disabilities, and those pushing carts or carrying objects to open the door. Advanced features include a blow-open feature for smoke ventilation (per NFPA code 92B), permanent hold-open during times of moving or heavy foot traffic, and an onboard power supply eliminating the need for a secondary power supply. This operator is widely customizable, offering twelve programmable options, such as access speed and force, hold open time and more, to suit even the most challenging installations.
