Vintage Dora Brown Pleated Skirt — Size 9

A study in quiet structure. This vintage Dora skirt pairs warm mocha-brown fabric with precise front pleating and thoughtful decorative details. Twisted fabric cord accents, secured with muted mauve buttons, lend an unexpected softness to its tailored silhouette.   A defined waistband with belt loops sits above the sculptural pleats, while the smooth, unpleated back creates a beautifully clean finish. A center-back zipper and interior lining complete the construction.   Style it with a forest-green knit and tall oxblood boots for a rich autumn palette, or pair it with a crisp white shirt and tailored blazer for an understated, preppy sensibility.   Details   - Designer: Dora - Era: Vintage; exact decade unconfirmed - Color: Mocha / taupe brown - Marked size: 9 - Structured front pleats; smooth, unpleated back - Decorative twisted cord accents with mauve buttons - Belt loops and center-back zipper - Fully lined - Fabric composition: Unmarked   Measurements — taken flat unless otherwise noted   - Waist: 27" circumference - Length: 26.5" from top of waistband to hem - Waistband: 1" - Hip: Pending final confirmation   Vintage sizing varies. Equally at home with a fine knit or an oversized blazer, it's a quietly expressive piece made for thoughtful layering.
