The DoorKing 1812-088 is the 1812 Classic telephone entry system in the wall mount housing. It connects in series with the home's existing phone line, so a visitor rings the house phones and no second line is needed. Power is 24 VAC from the supplied 20 VA transformer. The 1812 Classic stores 3 dial-out phone numbers and 50 four-digit entry codes, 25 per relay. Two relays with NO/NC contacts rated 3 A at 30 VAC control two doors or gates. Visitor calls use a distinctive double ring and work with call waiting and call forwarding. A built-in clock runs hold-open, entry code and do-not-disturb time zones. Intercom mode connects to a single phone or an unused PBX/KSU port. Tested to UL 294 and ETL listed.
