Door Handle Guard, Aluminum, Type 1, 71-on, Pair

The EMPI Aluminum Door Handle Guards install behind the door handles in 1971 through 1977 VW Standard Beetles and 1971 through 1979 Super Beetles. The door handle guards help protect the cup behind the handle from getting scratched by finger nails and fingers reaching in to open the door. As the early handles do not have a front mount, a dab of silicone at the front edge can help in securing the guards to the door. Sold as a pair.
