Producer Info: Domaine Gerber is a small, family-run winery that dates back to 1932. Currently  run by third and fourth generations, this family leads with passion and dedication to make only the  most pure wines from the region of Alsace. In the vineyard, they practice organic farming,  regimented pruning techniques and during the spring turn all efforts to preserving the health of the  vines to increase the quality of their grapes. In the cellar, they use the classic method of aging the  wine in old traditional foudre (big wood barrels), which provides micro-aeration and complexity to  the wine. We Drink Bubbles is pleased to be the exclusive US importer of these wines.  **PLEASE NOTE** * Signature is required for all wine deliveries and must be 21yrs+
