Perfectly pairing vibrancy with sophistication, this luxurious vintage champagne transforms any occasion into an unforgettable experience. Process & Profile Winemaking Method Dom Perignon Rosé is produced using a unique approach that emphasizes the blending of red and white wines. The red Pinot Noir grapes are vinified separately and added to the white wine prior to the secondary fermentation. This method imparts both a beautiful rose hue and depth of flavor, ensuring that each bottle is a testament to the brand's commitment to quality and artistry. Aging and Vintage Each vintage of Dom Perignon Rosé undergoes a careful aging process of at least seven years, allowing the wine to develop its complexity and character. The grapes are hand-harvested to maintain high acidity levels, and the process is strictly vintage, meaning only grapes from a single year are used, eschewing the blending common in non-vintage Champagnes. Tasting Notes Visual and Aromatic Profile The Dom Perignon Rosé captivates with a stunning salmon hue, reminiscent of a sunset. On the nose, it bursts with aromas of ripe red fruits such as raspberries and wild strawberries, layered with elegant floral notes of iris and violet. After breathing, hints of greener nuances like privet and angelica come to life. Palate Experience Upon tasting, this Champagne reveals a rich and balanced structure, bursting forth with persistent fruit flavors that blend harmoniously with the refreshing acidity characteristic of the vintage. Flavors of pink grapefruit and subtle toasted bread enhance the experience, culminating in an exceptionally long and fulfilling finish that echoes the wine's vibrant complexity.
