Dogwood - House Plan

The Dogwood is a charming 3 bedroom low-country inspired house plan featuring a symmetrical façade, front & rear porches and a side entry garage.  Off the garage, the large mud room has space for built-ins, a drop zone and cubbies and has convenient access to the laundry room.  The open concept living room features a 12ft wide sliding glass door out to the rear porch and a gas fireplace.  The kitchen faces the living room with a sit-in island, informal dining nook and pantry cabinets.  To the front of the plan, the formal dining room and study feature double casement windows out to the front porch. The primary bed suite is to the left side of the floor plan and features direct rear porch access, a large walk-in closet and a full bath suite.  Upstairs, 2 secondary bedrooms share a Jack & Jill privacy bathroom overlooking the front yard.  Tons of potential bonus room or attic space can be a future build or customized to your needs.
