The Dodici Castelli is a cooked Lambrusco grape must product aged for about 12 years in 5 different specially selected wood barrels. This is excellent to enhance the flavors of aged meats and cheeses. Dodici Castelli XII has a 10 year shelf life due to its PH concentration and sugary content. Produced by the 4th generation family of Acetaia Castelli in Reggio Emilia.
