How to Know if You Need an OBD Genie Programmer: When installing new equipment into your vehicle, you will need to program the vehicle's computer to activate the equipment. This is done with the OBD Genie programmer. If you are looking to purchase ONLY the OBD Genie, visit our programmer page here. If you are looking to purchase ONLY the trailer brake controller and hardware, visit Infotainment's hardware page here. Dedicated to Your Vehicle for Life! Once used, the OBD Genie programmer will become locked to that specific VIN. Even if you deactivate the features you installed, you can re-activate them anytime!
