Do the Scary Shit Leap Plan

A tactical plan for the leap you keep circling. There's a thing you've been circling. The job that's quietly killing you. The relationship you already know the ending of. The business you keep almost launching. The move, the exit, the conversation you rehearse in the shower and never actually have. You don't need another journal asking how you feel about it. You already know how you feel about it — you've felt it for months, maybe years. What you need is a plan tactical enough that the fear stops being the one making the decision. Do The Scary Sh*t is not a feelings journal. It's a Before / During / After plan for actually doing the thing. WHAT'S INSIDE BEFORE — name the leap in specific, undeniable terms. A real fear-vs-risk inventory. The money math, done honestly. A strategic plan for who needs to know, and when. DURING — a script for the hard conversation, written before you're standing in the room having to improvise it. A day-of checklist. A real answer for what you'll do if it goes sideways. AFTER — 30/60/90-day check-ins to track what actually changed, what you braced for that never happened, and what you'd tell someone else circling the same scary thing right now. Whether your leap is quitting the job, ending it, launching the thing, or something else entirely — the framework works the same way. You fill in the specifics. WHO THIS IS FOR This is for the woman standing at the edge of the decision, not the one still processing how she got there. If you've already done the emotional work and you're stuck on the actual doing — the logistics, the script, the exact date — this is built for you.
