DJI Matrice 4T + Manifold 3 Bundle

DJI Matrice 4T + Manifold 3 Bundle: Onboard AI Computing for Advanced Field Missions The DJI Matrice 4T + Manifold 3 Bundle equips the standard M4T Universal Edition with the onboard computing and sensing hardware field teams need for advanced autonomous workflows. This configuration adds a DJI Manifold 3 onboard computer with its dedicated accessory kit, a DJI Obstacle Sensing Module, a 200W Charging Hub, and a second Matrice 4 Series Battery to the base aircraft kit. Manifold 3 delivers up to 100 TOPS of onboard AI processing through an NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX platform, while the Obstacle Sensing Module fuses LiDAR and millimeter-wave radar to detect obstacles as thin as 12 mm wires. Technicians running data-heavy missions know that raw sensor capture is only half the job; processing it fast enough to act on matters just as much. This bundle brings that processing onboard, letting Manifold 3 run AI inference, payload data handling, and custom applications directly on the aircraft instead of waiting for ground-based post-processing. The Obstacle Sensing Module adds a second layer of protection for close-range, cluttered-environment flying, while the extra battery and 200W Charging Hub extend how long a crew can stay in the field. The 200W Charging Hub requires the DJI 240W Portable Charger or DJI Power 1000, both sold separately. Key Features and Benefits Onboard AI: Manifold 3 delivers 100 TOPS of in-flight computing power. Enhanced sensing: LiDAR and radar fusion detects wires as thin as 12mm. Fast processing: NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX runs inference directly on the aircraft. Extended power: second battery supports longer field days between recharges. Sequential fast charge: 200W hub processes three batteries in priority order. Expanded storage: 256GB SSD and 16GB RAM handle demanding onboard workloads. Custom SDK support: Onboard SDK v5.0 and Payload SDK v3.6 enable development. Close-range safety: sensing module detects obstacles up to 100 meters out. Passive cooling: Manifold 3 maintains stable thermal performance without moving parts. Field-rated durability: sensing module and onboard computer are both rated IP55. Processing Power Built for the Field Running AI models, LiDAR processing, or custom applications in the field means moving compute power off the ground station and onto the aircraft itself. Manifold 3 makes that possible, running detection, classification, or spatial modeling workflows in real time while the aircraft is still airborne. Combined with the Obstacle Sensing Module's LiDAR and radar fusion, this configuration gives technicians both the processing power and the sensing precision needed for close-quarters industrial work. Application installation runs through DJI Pilot 2, so field updates do not require command-line tools or a separate development environment on site. Compatibility and System Integration DJI Manifold 3: onboard computer installed via Matrice 4 Series E-Port (included). Manifold 3 Accessory Kit: mounting hardware for onboard computer installation (included). Obstacle Sensing Module: LiDAR and radar unit with adapter bracket (included). 200W Charging Hub: three-bay sequential charger for Matrice 4 batteries (included). DJI 240W Portable Charger: required to power the charging hub (sold separately). Matrice 4 Series Battery: two total units included in this bundle (included). DJI Pilot 2: manages Manifold 3 application installs and updates (included software). Applications and Use Cases Onboard AI inference: run detection models directly during flight operations. Powerline and substation inspection: sensing module detects thin wires reliably. Confined-space industrial work: LiDAR and radar fusion supports close-range flying. Real-time data processing: Manifold 3 reduces reliance on ground-based post-processing. Extended field missions: second battery and 200W hub support longer deployments. LiDAR point cloud handling: process spatial data directly onboard the aircraft. Custom application development: PSDK V3 enables direct sensor and payload access. The Matrice 4T exists to bring integrated sensing and imaging into a single deployable platform, and this bundle extends that capability with real onboard processing and obstacle awareness. Manifold 3, the sensing module, extra battery, and fast charging turn the aircraft into a more self-sufficient field computing platform.
